To be eligible for a return, you must request one by emailing hello@eightmovement.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, you will be sent a Returns Form. This form must be filled out, printed, and included inside your return package.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@eightmovement.com with photos of the issue.

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, monitor settings may cause slight variations, and we cannot guarantee colour accuracy.

EIGHT reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who return goods repeatedly.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: processing times may vary, and it may take several days for your bank or card provider to release the funds.
