Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, you must request one by emailing hello@eightmovement.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Once your request is approved, you will be sent a Returns Form. This form must be filled out, printed, and included inside your return package.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging (where applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@eightmovement.com with photos of the issue.

  • We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, monitor settings may cause slight variations, and we cannot guarantee colour accuracy.

  • EIGHT reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who return goods repeatedly.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note: processing times may vary, and it may take several days for your bank or card provider to release the funds.
